Because Done4U provides a custom, done-for-you service rather than a physical product, this policy explains how refunds work.
Our delivery guarantee
We guarantee delivery of your finished store within 5 days of your payment clearing, provided you have given us the information we need to begin. If we fail to deliver your finished store within that timeframe, you are entitled to a full refund of the package price.
Before we start the build
If you change your mind before we have begun work on your store, contact us and we'll refund you in full.
Once the build is underway or delivered
Because each store is custom-built for you, once we have started the work the package price covers the time and assets already produced. Once your finished store has been delivered and transferred to you, the service is considered complete and is not refundable, except where the delivery guarantee above applies.
Add-on ad creatives
Ad creatives (static and video ads) are custom-made. Once they have been produced and delivered, they are not refundable.
How to request a refund
Message us on WhatsApp at 071 897 9280 or email support@done4u-ecomm.co.za with your order details, and we'll sort it out with you directly. This policy does not affect any rights you may have under the Consumer Protection Act.
