These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your purchase and use of the services provided by Done4U E-Commerce ("Done4U", "we", "us"). By placing an order you agree to these Terms.
1. Our services
Done4U provides done-for-you Shopify store-building services and related ad-creative services, as described in the package you purchase. The specific deliverables depend on the package selected at checkout.
2. What you provide
You are responsible for choosing the product or niche your store is built around. We can offer input on choosing a product, but the final decision is yours. You are also responsible for setting up and running your own social media pages and advertising accounts, and for supplying any details, images or information we reasonably need to complete the build.
3. Delivery
Your store is delivered within 5 days after your payment has cleared, provided you have supplied the information we need to begin. Delivery is completed by transferring ownership of the store into your name through Shopify's store-transfer process. See our Delivery & Turnaround page.
4. Ownership
Once the store is transferred to you, you own it. You are then responsible for your own Shopify plan, payments, domain and ongoing running costs. Any third-party services (such as Shopify, domain registrars or advertising platforms) are governed by their own terms.
5. No income or sales guarantee
We build you a professional, finished store. We do not guarantee any level of sales, income or results. Your outcomes depend on factors outside our control, including your product, pricing, market and marketing.
6. Guarantee and refunds
We guarantee delivery of your finished store within 5 days, or your money back, as set out in our Refund Policy.
7. Payment
All prices are in South African Rand (ZAR) and payment is made in full, upfront, through the store at checkout.
8. Intellectual property
On full payment and transfer, ownership of the store and the custom assets we create for it passes to you. Any third-party assets (fonts, stock elements, apps, platforms) remain subject to their own licences.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from the services is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant package. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost profits or lost sales.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa.
